Trent Families, We have February break coming up, which is a perfect time for you to connect with family and spend some time with your kiddo. Please invest time reading with them and connecting. Studies show how beneficial it is for kids and families. In fact, here are some benefits:
Academic & Emotional Health: Frequent parent-youth interaction is strongly associated with higher literacy levels (reading, science, math). Behavioral Outcomes: Adolescents spending over 1 hour/day with parents report lower risk behaviors and better, more supportive relationships.
Physical Health: Shared meals and outdoor activities enhance physical well-being, boosting heart and immune health. Be blessed and stay warm!
Respectfully, |
